Since 2021, there has been pregnancy, move across UK, house renovations, nappies, bottles, sleepless nights and an unbelievable run of emergency surgeries! I'll save the stories for group classes to give you all something else to think about other than aching muscles.

Things are starting to shape up now and I hope to have plans to be teaching Pilates and treating more regularly in place by the end of the year ready for 2025. Yes I am already thinking about Christmas as a milestone - forgive me!
